Newland's Resort and Newland Marine, are a local family owned and operated business since 1897. We are proud to offer a quiet, friendly environment for your get-away needs. We are located on a quiet channel with a private boat ramp. We are a short boat ride to many local restaurants on the lake such as Froggies, Tilton Hilton, Acheson's and Cranberry Resort. We are a short car ride to other places along the lake for a specialty morning coffee, the Donut Shop, Indian Lake Adventures (go carts), Indian lake State Park and several beaches.

*We accept all major credit cards. RESERVATION POLICY- Deposit of 50% of the total is due at the time of the reservation. Final payment will be charged to your credit card on the check-in date. CANCELLATION POLICY *100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. *50% refund of the amount paid - minus $50 service fee- if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. *NO REFUND of the amount paid if you cancel less that 14 days before check-in.

Cottage 1

Sits on the channel & has a boat dock. 2 bedrooms (one bedroom comes with a queen size bed, the other has a full size bed). Spacious living area and includes reclining sofa, chair, 50" Roku tv, WIFI, Spectrum tv package, and A/C. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffeemaker. It has an enclosed porch with a dining table and futon. Bathroom includes a standup shower.

Cottage 2

Sits on the channel & has a boat dock. 2 bedrooms (one with a queen and one with a full size bed) Living area comes with A/C, 43" Roku tv, WIFI, Spectrum tv package, sofa & chair. Kitchen comes with a dining table and chairs, refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffeemaker, enclosed porch has a large dining table and a futon. Bathroom includes a standup shower.

Cottage 3- The Hill Cottage

Sits on a hill overlooking a channel on Indian Lake approximately 100 feet from the water. This cottage includes a boat dock and large yard. Large living area includes leather sofa and loveseat with 50" Roku tv, WIFI & Spectrum service. 2 bedrooms (one with a queen and 1 with a full size bed). Kitchen area includes dining table and chairs, refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffeemaker. Porch area is screened in with a view of the channel. Bathroom includes a standup shower.

Things to Note

No Pets are allowed. Cottages are non-smoking. Call (937) 935-4722 to check availability and make your reservation. All cottages have dishes & silverware provided. All cottages have linens for the bedrooms and bathroom provided. Lawn chairs are recommended. Cottages also include a gas grill, a fire pit and a picnic table.

This is a great place to relax. It was quiet and we had a nice front porch in Cottage 1 which was close to the water. We took naps in the after noon and it was sunny and warm with a slight breeze. Perfect for napping on the front porch. There were things to do close by and our host was super nice. There are dishes, silverware and other cookware so it was easy to stay in and make something for the kids. There are a few farmers markets close by too. I'd recommend it to anyone.

This place is a great place to relax. This place is clean and has a lot of room and the hosts are very nice. It feels like home. Bring a boat - rent includes a slip. There is a lot to do here too. I'm sure we will be back next year.

The cottage was as clean as a hospital operating room, perfectly stocked, and felt like home. The Newland family treats you like visiting family. Incredible experience, but don't tell anyone. We had the best time! Our cottage was perfect for my husband and I. It was super clean and had all the amenities. It was so nice to be able to park our boat on our own dock that comes with the cabin and not have to take it out of the water the whole time we were there.
